Tracey lights up the world around her bringing passion and joy to everything she does. She has been a professional mountain bike instructor for seven years with experience managing programs for the Trek Dirt Series and the Rundle Mountain Cycling Club, as well as instructing for Women Who Explore, Fernie Alpine Resort, the Fernie Mountain Bike Club, and Moab Mountain Bike Instruction. Tracey is also the Executive Director of the Interpretive Guides Association, holds degrees in Teaching and Wildlife Biology, leads tour groups in the Canadian Rockies, and frequently speaks to international guests as a Bear Expert.
When she's not working you'll find Tracey on her bike, paddle board, backcountry snowboarding, climbing, out canyoneering. or on via ferrata routes around the world.

Jake moved to Fernie with his family in 1982. His dad ran an engineering firm on main street and his mom worked at Max Turyk as a teacher's aid. In 2018, after 25 years, Jake retired from engineering to share the joy of bikes working as a professional Mountain Bike Instructor. Prior to Mystic Mountain Adventures, Jake worked with a number of other providers including; Moab Mountain Bike Instruction, Rundle Mountain Cycling Club, College of the Rockies, and Fernie Alpine Resort.
