Our beginner 3-week program is all about confidence, control and fun! Improving your understanding of biking body position, bike movement, shifting, braking, descending, and climbing will help us get there.

We will start each session working on skills open areas and on small features to get familiar the core techniques and then we will head out on the trail to put our new skills to practice.

Women's Three Week Beginner Program Details

Participants MUST wear a helmet, meeting or exceeding industry standards, for the duration of the session.

Participants MUST have off-road tires and carry a spare tube for their rim and tire size.

Participants MUST have appropriate clothing for weather conditions as well as adequate food and hydration.

Once your session is purchased it will run rain or shine so be prepared for any weather.

A welcome email with more details, how to be prepared, and what to bring, will be sent to registrants in advance of the session.
